ELWOOD, IN – During a rally honoring the Elwood 11-12 year old Little League All Star District 9 Championship team, Mayor Ron Arnold declares Friday July 20, 2012 Elwood Little League Day for the City of Elwood.
“Now, Therefore, I, Ron E Arnold, Mayor of the City of Elwood, do hereby proclaim July 20, 2012 Elwood Little League Day in the City of Elwood, Indiana and I urge all citizens to join me in this special observance.” said Mayor Ron Arnold
The mayor was joined at the rally by the All Star’s family members, friends and community well wishers. The All Stars begin play in the Indiana State Championship Saturday morning in Elkhart County Indiana.
