Customer Service Boot Camp

Customer Service Boot Camp: This workshop will teach you steps and techniques of professional customer service. The workshop is designed to provide you with the skills to help you gain employment to jobs where cutomer serives is important. Attendees who successfully complete this course will be presented with a certificate of training in a closing ceremony at the end of this course. The workshop is provided in conjunction with area employers. This is an all day session with a lunch break.
