How to Self-Publish is the latest, greatest free program at your Pendleton Community Public Library! If you have ever thought about publishing your work, this is a chance to get the know-how and how-to from Miles Nelson, co-owner of Dog Ear Publishing. Attendees will learn the difference between traditional and self publishing procedures, promotional techniques, the world of eBook publishing, as well as distribution to an audience of readers.
