Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator, Part-time
Description/Responsibilities: Anderson Public Library (APL) is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to be responsible for system-wide personnel functions that include employee recruitment and hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, compliance with state/federal employment laws, and other employment matters. The person in this part-time position will also provide library orientation to new employees, customer service training, and other human resource training to meet staff and library needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or certification in human resources; three years human resources work experience; work experience developing and presenting group training.
Salary: $17,908.80 annually ($17.22/hourly)
Schedule: 20 hours per week
